IV therapy for Niskayuna patients is a physician-supervised IV drip at our Clifton Park clinic, with each formula chosen after a review of your health history.
Niskayuna sits just outside Schenectady, and many of our patients here work at nearby research and technology employers. If you like to know what’s actually in the bag and what each ingredient is for, this page answers that plainly.
A note before we start: there’s no Niskayuna office and no mobile IV service. All IV therapy takes place at 805 NY-146 in Clifton Park.
What’s in Each Blend
- RESTORE — high-dose vitamin C, zinc and B-vitamins. Vitamin C and zinc both play roles in normal immune function, and the blend is designed to support it during cold and flu season.
- ENERGIZE — B-complex vitamins and amino acids. B vitamins are involved in the body’s normal energy metabolism.
- RADIANCE — biotin, vitamin C and glutathione. Vitamin C is involved in normal collagen formation, and glutathione is an antioxidant your body makes on its own.
- HYDRATE — fluids and electrolytes with anti-nausea support, for dehydration and jet lag.
- WELLNESS — amino acids and electrolytes to support muscle recovery and rehydration after training.
What IV Therapy Can and Can’t Do
An IV delivers fluids and nutrients through a small line into the bloodstream, so they don’t depend on digestion. Many patients feel a difference in energy and hydration the same day. Even so, individual experiences vary, and having an ingredient in a blend doesn’t promise a particular result.
IV therapy isn’t a substitute for medical care, a balanced diet or rest. It’s one tool among our wellness therapies.
Your Appointment, Step by Step
- Health review — your provider goes over your history, medications and allergies, and checks whether IV therapy is safe for you.
- Formula — if it’s a fit, they confirm the blend and dosing for your goals.
- Infusion — 30 to 45 minutes, seated. A brief pinch when the line goes in; mild bruising at the site is possible.
- Done — no downtime, so you can go straight back to work.
